Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an eSIM from Talisim or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Talisim sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travel. The eSIMs are issued by our eSIM supplier and connect through the local mobile networks named on each plan. Each plan is a one-time purchase covering a specific data amount and a fixed number of days. Our service includes:

Provisioning and activation of an eSIM profile for the plan you purchase
Mobile data connectivity in the destination(s) covered by that plan
A private order link where you can view status and install instructions
Sign-in by a link sent to the email address on your order, where you can view your orders and buy a top-up

You do not choose a username or password, and there is no subscription or auto-renewal. You sign in only by requesting a link sent to your order email, valid for 15 minutes; there is nothing to remember and nothing that can be guessed like a password.

Most eSIMs can be topped up until their plan expires; after that, another trip needs a new eSIM. An eSIM must be installed within 180 days of purchase, or it expires unused. Day-pass plans provide a daily data allowance, after which speed is reduced to the rate stated on the plan until the next day begins. Plans are data only unless the plan says otherwise: Data only: no phone number, calls or texts. WhatsApp, FaceTime, Signal and iMessage work over data. Speeds are whatever the local network and your device support, and no particular speed or technology (such as 5G) is guaranteed. Hotspot and tethering work, as far as your phone allows, and use the same data.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 One-Time Purchase

Each eSIM plan is sold once, for a fixed price covering its stated data amount and duration. There is no subscription fee, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. When your plan's data or duration is used up, it simply ends — nothing renews unless you place a new order.

3.2 Multi-eSIM Discount

An order of more than one eSIM receives a percentage discount on its subtotal, based on the total number of eSIMs in the order, across any mix of plans and destinations:

2 or more eSIMs: 10% off
4 or more eSIMs: 15% off

The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed, and the discounted total is shown before you pay. It applies to the order it was calculated on and does not apply to top-ups, which are separate purchases. If an eSIM from a discounted order is refunded, the refund is the discounted amount you paid for that eSIM. We may change the discount tiers at any time; a change does not affect orders already paid for.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) via Stripe, our payment processor. We do not accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.

3.4 No Saved Payment Methods

Talisim does not store your payment method for future use, and there is no auto top-up. Every purchase, including a top-up, is a fresh checkout where you enter your payment details directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

3.5 Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Any currency conversion, taxes or fees applied by your card issuer or payment method are your responsibility.

4. Order Access

After payment, your order (including install instructions once your eSIM is provisioned) is accessible two ways: through a private, unguessable order link, and through your account, which you reach by requesting a sign-in link at your order email. You are responsible for:

Bookmarking or saving your order link and/or order code
Not sharing your order link with anyone you don't want accessing your eSIM details
Keeping access to the email address you ordered with, since it is how you sign in

We also send your order link to the email address you provide at checkout, and any account sign-in link goes to that same address. If you lose your order link and no longer have access to that email, we may not be able to help you recover access to your order or account.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

An eSIM that has not been installed on a device is refundable in full until its install window closes, 180 days after purchase. After that the eSIM expires unused and is non-refundable.
Once an eSIM has been installed on a device, the purchase is non-refundable: our supplier cannot cancel an eSIM a device has downloaded, whether or not it has connected to a network.
If we are unable to provision your eSIM (for example, due to a technical failure on our end), you will be refunded in full.
Unused data at the end of a plan's duration is forfeited and non-refundable.
Orders that fail payment or are never completed at checkout are not charged and require no action from you.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@talisim.com before filing a dispute with your bank.

6. Legal & Export Restrictions

Talisim is a trading name of Magnetic Labs Inc, a company registered in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Our services may not be available in all countries or regions. Service availability depends on local network operator coverage and may be restricted in sanctioned or embargoed jurisdictions.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding the use of eSIM technology and mobile data services in your destination.
You may not use our services in any manner that would violate U.S. export control laws, trade sanctions, or other applicable international trade regulations.
eSIM usage may be subject to local telecommunications regulations. Some countries may require registration or impose restrictions on foreign eSIM use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
Engage in fraudulent activities, including payment fraud or chargebacks on services already delivered
Interfere with or disrupt our network or services
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Use our services for illegal file sharing or piracy

We reserve the right to deactivate an eSIM without refund if you violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable connectivity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Coverage and speeds depend on local network operators and conditions. We are not liable for:

Network outages or degraded performance
Coverage gaps in certain areas
Compatibility issues with specific devices
Service interruptions due to maintenance

9. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. An eSIM bought for a device that turns out not to support it is refundable on the same terms as any other: in full while it has not been installed, as set out in section 5.

10. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetic Labs Inc (trading as Talisim) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel or refuse to fulfill an order, before or after payment, if we suspect fraudulent payment activity or a violation of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled before an eSIM is provisioned, you will be refunded in full.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Talisim is a trading name of Magnetic Labs Inc.
