Privacy policy
Placeholder policy — replace before launch. Talisim does not require you to sign up for anything to buy or use an eSIM.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send your order confirmation, your eSIM access link, and — if you request one — a sign-in link.
- Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.
- Your IP address, briefly, to rate-limit sign-in requests and stop abuse.
- A session cookie once you sign in, so you stay signed in to your account; and cookies for advertising and analytics (e.g. Google Ads conversion tracking), only after you accept the cookie banner.
What we don't do
- We don't ask you to set a password. Every order automatically gets a passwordless account under its email address, and you sign in only by requesting a one-time link.
- We don't send your eSIM's install details by email — only a private link to view them.
